Bright New Faces at Memories Scrap N Stamp

I have some exciting news, we have new faces beginning May 1st at Memories Scrap N Stamp. They are just in time for National Scrapbooking Day and to celebrate on Thursday, May 4 and Friday, May 5 there will be Make N Take each day and 10% off store wide.

These ladies will be job sharing, so during the week you could see Sara and Janelle. I am confident that Janell and Sara will be able to help you with anything and you'll go away a very satisfied customer.

Sara Cornell lives in Dodgeville, but is not a stranger to the scrapbooking business world. She owned her own Scrap booking business in Boscobel for two years before selling it. She is married and has two boys. She has been scrap booking for 9 years and stamping for 4 years. She loves working with people, outgoing and would love to share her passion with you.

Janelle Gallatin lives in Muscoda and works with Grant County Social Services and with Rockwell AUtomation and the Wisconsin National Army Guard. She has been stamping/scrapping for over five years and has done some beautiful books for others. Janelle has some great ideas, is bubbly and always smailing.

Chris Casper, Janell Narveson and Nicole Johnston are also a part of the Memories Scrap N Stamp family. They are such a wonderful group of people to work with as they create and instruct the classes at the store.

I am very lucky to have all of these talented people working with me at the store.

Sara and Janell will be with me at the store next week May 1st, stop in and introduce yourself.

I just returned from Sanibel Island, in fact it was the dreaded snowstorm day that I was in 80 degreee weather and thinking of you poor Wisconsin people. Of course, my kids had to call and say the night before to say they were going to get a snowday, I said yeah right! It was very relaxing and it was wonderful to be able to sit on the patio and listen to the ocean and walk on the beach. The warm sunshine was also very nice, but coming back to frigid weather was an adjustment.
Spring is coming......

JANUARY
Greetings to all of my friends,

Can you believe January is coming to a close and soon we will know if the groundhog is going to grant us an early spring. It would be nice to see more sun!
I was off this past Sunday and thanks to Nicole for working! My kids wanted to go shopping, so off to Madison we went.
Inventory is done at the store, always a nice job completed!
New arrivals at the store will be starting, most of them will be arriving in mid-February after the CHA show in Las Vegas. I am not attending, but my reps will be bringing back what is new to order. So if there is anything that I don't have right now but you need, please let us know at the store and we will write you name down and the item needed.
Nicole taught her "Heat it up" class this weekend, it was a great class and all attendees seem to enjoy it. There were some beautiful cards and techniques done!
The attendees also helped brainstorm on an upcoming crop weekend in March! Nicole is checking on a place to have it and Janell gave some great suggestions on past crop weekends she has attended.
We've got some great classes coming in January and February, as I get samples I will post pictures of them on the blog. The pictures don't show up the best, but it will give you an idea of the class.
I'm hoping to get away for a few days in February to some nice warm weather, so we'll see if the plans come together.
I will be planning another contest in March for cards and layouts. I hope to do these quarterly, we had some fantastic entries and I believe people enjoyed doing it.

That's all for now, thanks for all your business!
